In Topic: Introduce Cargo operations

04 February 2016 - 02:36 AM

Firstly, can we get this thread moved to the suggestions thread. Next, I think we should be able to create subsidiary companies, so that I do not have my cargo and passenger airline data mixing. It would make it easier to control things when we add in all these new features. I could have my main airline "DomesticSky Group" which would handle management of the subsidiaries, leasing aircraft, and act as a sort of central bank. Then I would have my other two companies "DomesticSky" and "DomesticCargo" and then I would even go further and make regional airlines (i.e. Virgin) like "DomesticChina" or "AlaskaDomestic".

Agreed

My 737's pull in over $300,000/day.  I beat them up like Southwest does.  I like that kind of money, so, I think i'll stick to my strategy.  XP

You mentioned legroom.  That's another thing that I don't know how to manipulate.  Can you fill me in.

Thanks

I should be more specific.  Not many airports have the jetways that can reach to the upper deck entrance.  Is that a factor in AE?

@Ryan,

That does make sense.

My current strategy is to utilize my aircraft as much as possible.  My fleet has no more than 2 hours available (on average).  The more that they are flying, the more money they are making.  Plus, the more they fly, the higher my gate utilization is.

Any thoughts?
