From what I've seen, lower fuel flow also equals higher payload range, with a few exceptions. (Although if you are in Brazil, you might also want to look at runway requirements since CGH exists)

No idea what you're talking about.
Flight time in this game is just calculated as 2 * distance / speed without accounting for taxi/takeoff/landing etc. The two is there because it is a round trip.
I recommend double-checking your calculations, here are some examples:
Concorde PVG-BKK (1800 miles, 1354 mph)
1800/1354 * 2 = 2.66 hours ≈ 2 hours 40 minutes
744 PVG-BKK (1800 miles, 567 mph)
1800/567 * 2 = 6.35 hours ≈ 6 hours 21 minutes
744 PEK-EWR (6813 miles, 567 mph)
6813/567 * 2 = 24.03 hours ≈ 24 hours 2 minutes

Round Trip time is just 2 * (distance/speed + turn time)
