Beluga is an easy call but if it's limited to more mainstream airliner I think the 320 family except 321 is an ugly bird.specially that nose.
Also short 330 and dash-5 buffalo

i think the 757, 767 and 777 are pretty ugly. what do you guys think looks bad?
