Empolee Morale- A Budget Cruncher?!

Well I used to not touch the default setting 'cause I thought It would be so hard for me to balance between payroll and morale, but anyway the morale became extremely low and I had to fix them to make more passengers.

Here's the problem. IT ALL COSTS WAY TOOOOOOOOO MUCH

Well, balancing IS really hard in real life, I think its even harder when it comes to this game :)

btw, I'm making a 93% Empolee morale reputation with this settng.

S3B: 25th-31st day of every month is disappearing

Is it only happening to me?
I want to know whether this is a bloody old bug that AE have had or intended structure of this game.
