737-700ER

I have never used the 737-700ER. Does it make more profit trans-Atlantic (Northeast-Europe) or does the 737 make more on domestic routes (Midwest-West Coast). I am in sandbox world.

A new idea could be an alliance can share and use one gate if agreed or something where alliances an use terminals in other countries with permission.
