F class seat problem

I've been having this problem quite alot when I'm trying to fill up my F class seats (Not sure if its a bug or not so i posted it here)

Ok the problem I'm having is that at some routes in order to fill up my F class seats the price must be under the C seat price.

That's one of my routes and i got few more that have the same problem.

Anyone has any idea why is this happening?

Order new aircraft or buy one already leased?

Hey guys I've been wondering if you help me out here. So what I wanna know is after leasing many planes and now that i got enough money, is it better if I order new aircraft or if I just buy the one's I already leased ?
