I will start.

In about 1989 I took off in a Dehaviland Dash 7. And the main wheels fell off on one side. When the plane left the ground . Because the torque link was broken. And the strut came out.

Also I was in an EMB 120 that ran over a diesel generator. And threw the props into the cabin.

I was in a Piper tri pacer that got a flat tire in the air.

And a Beech 18 that locked up a brake on landing, Because a brake puck came out. and ground looped and tore up the wing tip.

A near accident. I was in an ATR. And it flew off the side of a mountain runway overloaded. And went down into the valley. Negative G. While we flew around the cabin.
