Ordered for purhcase two new DC-9-30's. The money was taken from me and it shows in my financial statement, however they are not listed on my pending deliveries. Am I going to get these aircraft or did I just loose 23 million?

Anyways, the IFS system. When I set a cost, is that built into my ticket price or is the "customer" paying it? Also is there a way to set a cost for Y pax and not for C pax?
