1.Replace all 738 aircraft with A319/320neos, and train all pilots to fly them.
2.Buy Boeing 788/7810 aircraft to enter low fare long haul.
3. Actually serve food that doesn't taste like mud, and to stop ripping off passengers
4.To remove check in, payment and baggage fees, along with the reprint cost.

I think its just one of those things in games that happens as a simple glitch, no sabotage, no targeting on certain member/airlines, nothing suspicious; it just happens and we have to deal with it. Especially because the game is free and stuff like this happens. The game isn't perfect, and however unfortunate it is...its just a game, and your airline seems to be going perfectly fine.
Mate, I'm sure he has a point, besides,he wouldn't mention it unless something was wrong.

As anyone in the Aviation Engineering business will tell you, one cannot just jump from a plane. If a plane is dropping at 100 fpm, it needs to be doing a good speed. With the 777, that is completely unsurvivable as it would be doing 700km/h at least. Opening an exit, if even physically possible, would lead to a quick cabin depressurisation, which would lead to a massive and very noticeable wreck over the crash site.
They would have slowed the plane, shut off cabin pressurisation, and en jumped. Passengers may have used their oxygen masks and passed out when the oxygen ran out.
