IFS change

when i change the IFS system about all route on the 'Configure in Flight Services' page,
All route IFS doesn't change.
So i have to change one by one.
It's a bug? or not development yet?

i have almost 300 route, so it's hard and too many time :cry:

Credit rate with the bond

when we issue the bond, down the credit rate.
but real world most of companies had debts.
the kind of debt is bonds, loans and so on.
too many debts for the revenues was bad situation on the credit rate.
but some debts doesn't matter!

how about changing the more issued bond get down the rates?
