This is how the scheme would work:

1. Aircraft will be transferred to lessee at half price
2. Lease payments will be monthly and made by way of a/c sale/buy
3. At the end of the lease period the a/c will be transferrred back to me at half price.

Simple?

Lease will be for aperiod of 6 monthls and renewable.

Perhaps a way to prevent this game getting saturated too early is to apply the concept of the "Devil Takes the Hindmost". How this would work is that after say 3 years all players above 800 would be deleted from the game. No new entrants would be allowed in at that point. Then each year after that 100 players would be eliminated until only 300 players are left.

In order to keep all players' interest however, a second "open" game could commence at some point.

Worldwide Air has agreed to purchase PTE london operation for a price of $3 billion. PTE will deliver a number of aircrafts, 30 LHR gates and a total of 60 other Europen gates to WWA. In return WWA will pay PTE a fixed monthy amount plus 1.5% of the reducing balance as finance charges.

The attonneys for both companies are in the process of drafting an agreement which will be made public before the deal is consumated.
