The easy answer would be Singapore AL - in terms of consistency they are still the best IMO. 

 

The more complete answer depends on where you're going and in what class - e.g. if you're going to Japan JAL and ANA are pretty good and you may not want to go via Singapore or elsewhere

In terms of designed to be an airliner with an enclosed cabin and not just a one-off conversion, the Airco DH16 would have to be up there
