Why join Worldwide: From what I've seen currently Worldwide is one of the most active alliances here. I've been a long time lurker here but recently really got into the whole livery aspect of the game. Uday currently operates in S4B and though the game isn't over yet, I've managed to get it to climb all the way to #24 in about three weeks. Given all of that, speaking in terms of lore, it would make sense for an airline with this background to join an alliances.
