I have an issue with my three latest routes, could be a bug..
I assigned the aircraft, and on the flight tab, the flights appear (so they exist I guess) but having 0% loadfactors and not generating any costs either, so they don´t loose money on those routes, profit is also 0 $ and not negative, so it seems they don´t even moved from the ramp and in the end the flights don´t exist , and they are only a Fata Morgana...
If I try to update the route prices, it won´t let me do so. It takes me to a blank page..., but just for this three routes, all other routes can be updated without any problem (they do slowly, but they do).
I also cancelled all flights on those routes, and tried to set them up new but it didn´t work either...
No idea what this can be
3.1 realistic, routes AGP to HGH, WUH, and CSX if this info helps.
Cheers and Thanks,

More Stewards than Pilots
Posted 14 Feb 2011
Just started a new regional airline, and I see its pretty difficult to get along
I have some 35 DHC-7, and to operate them, I have some 700 pilots assigned (they probably just fly every five or six days... ) and only 60 cabin crew (these must be going mad ) ..., on the other side it seems that I have some 20 (!) mechanics for each of my aircraft..., also 700 in total..
Just slashed reserves of staff to 0%, pay below industry average, as well as zero advertising and no IFS.., hoping i´ll get around..., but i seem to be bound for bankrupcy...
The first airline I started works pretty fine, and the balance of staff is completely different. 250 aircraft, 3600 pilots, 3000 cabin crew (those may be not enough), and 2500 mechanics, but with this new airline its somehow a bit confusing..
Hope at least those mechanics will keep my turboprops nice and shiny, cos they seem to have plenty of time to repair them ..., and also hoping my pilots won´t loose their licenses due to inactivity...
What can be the reason for this differences? bug, or something else?
Cheers and thanks in advance,
rgss
