    Hi,
    I think that something is going wrong from gate construction calculation (at least on BOS airport). Please check it. Thanks.
    Building construction fees: $23,993,589 Gate construction fees (3 * $2,312,635): $57,815,876 Total Upfront Cost: $81,809,465

    The Boston - General Edward Lawrence Logan airport board is willing to offer each gate monthly cost of $140,340 per month.
    This will bring your monthly gate payments to $3,508,500.
