Hi,

I have a problem:puzzled:, don't know whether it is a bug or not, but when I tried to set up a second account (Fly Lite Asia- FA), it got merged with my current account (Fly Lite- FL). I have no idea what has happened here, and my point for setting up a second account, as a regional airline, was to make the route map less confusing, as I plan to put both in an alliance with each other - several people already do this from what I can gather.

When setting up Fly Lite Asia (FA) I collected the following information, think of it as an error report:
- I used different e-mail addresses.
- I used different user names (I assume it doesn't let you create accounts with the same user-name)
- I used different Airline names.
- A confirmation email from BETA 2 was NOT sent to the email address I put in the field ← it may have something to do with that.
- My Ip Address may not have changed, but because I am on broadband I think it probably has ← it may have something to do with this too.

The problem is that my HQ has now changed to HND, and I now have 5 gates there, which I did not want and have not paid for with Fly Lite(FL), as HND was intended for use with Fly Lite Asia(FA). Now if you take this to a more sinister degree, what has happened here may be used in the future to get free gates at certain airports, and as a way of cheating the system :eek: which nobody wants.
If you wish to remove the 5 HND gates from account then go ahead, but as it has somehow become FL's HQ, I do not know what will happen if I were to remove them (would FL have no HQ?).


Any help would be appreciated on this very strange matter. Thank you.
