Logo/Livery Request for Via Galliae

I'm looking for a logo and a livery for my french based airline. I'd like the logo to have a kinda classic style (as the latin name suggests), maybe based on the french flag and colors. The livery could be done on a Boeing 747-200.

When should I buy a hub/terminal at a certain airport?

As the title says, what's a good rule of thumb for upgrading an airport? Like, if I have more than X gates I should buy a terminal?
