I don't think Biz or First C only generates much profit. I tried that some time back and didn't see a better revenue generation than Economy.

I would say stick with one aircraft type till you have a monthly profit margin of around 100% and a DOP of around 5Mill. This works for me safely, unless you are stupid enuff to lease/buy a concorde   :D
