Buying vs. Leasing

I am at the point where I can realistically buy all of my airplanes when I order them instead of leasing them. Does it make sense to buy them right away or is it better to lease for six years then buy them?


Can demand drop?

Today I went to add more flights between DFW and ATL and found the demand dropped from roughly 3800 to roughly 3200. Seems like a pretty dramatic drop off to me.


Stalemate?

Right now, at least in the US, there are few gates to be had anywhere which obviously hinders expansion. I assume we just stay this way the rest of the game? Starting to get a little boring.


Why does no one fly the MD-83?

The title is pretty self explanatory. I was just curious as only two airlines in S1 use the MD-83.
