(S4E) Giving Away #2 Airline

I'm trying to focus more on R4 now and my #2 ranked valuation airline in S4E would like to find a manager for my decaying routes. About 111 billion in cash around 141 billion valuation. Most of my routes just need price tuneups, still about 77 mill DOP
