I would think that by having the ability to sort by distance from one airport to another on the list of airports on the browse airports screen after the list is pulled would make it easier for players to choose destinations. I know it automatically descends by price but the option by price or by distance would be beneficial as well.

I think it you'll find it's already sorted by annual passengers (highest first)

I know it is, but sorting by distance too is helpful.

I don't think it will be helpful at all.
If you go somewhere like LHR, You're going to struggle finding the major airport because of places like oxford, filton, farnbrough, biggin hill all clogging up the list.
I can't see much benefit in this either.

Then don't use it on London. I however, normally use unhubbed locations in places I'm not familiar with. Since AE is lacking airports in certain states I'd like to know an exact list of all airport in order of distance from my destination so I can start going down the list making flights.

You not finding use to this tool simply means you're not familiar with how actually useful it is. Based on experiences in other airline games, this is actually one of the most beneficial tools next to Google Maps/Wikipedia airport finding combo.

it needs to be seachable by a range - eg. if you have a LH a/c you dont want to know about some nearby airport (even if it is a big one).

ie search for airports greater than 3000miles away but less than 6000miles.
