I don't see how this is abuse. People did this all the time when the game was very popular.

Ok, but what's the point? Did I miss something on AE3.1 Beta? I still seem only to be able to sell planes to the "market", with no options to establish a price, not to mention to lease them out...am I THAT clueless?

No, it's still impossible. So there really is no point, especially considering aircraft take an unknown amount of time to appear on it (so you can't time it).
