2. You may want to think about loaning planes from the manufacturers rather then of the market. They are brand new and generally only take about a day to arrive (@30m/day). This can save you loads in maintenance and you can place a bulk order, allot easier then trying to buy 10 aircraft at 1y old of the market.
I hope these tips will help you out

and boeing 737 jurasic family base cost is $1,300,000.

Let's say an A320-200
1. The base cost for the family 1,471,500 (I have 52 of them so I bring the cost down to 1,471,500/52=28,298 per plane which is good)
2. 2 years old aircraft costs additional 572,904 on the same list (for what? can anyone explain, please?)(I thought payment No. 3 (the following) was enough)
3. And one more monthly expense of 215,035 which is found one the aircraft details. (which I am OK with too) (I don't understand why is the No. 2 payment not included into this one or stay together as the same number on both lists but counted for once?)
I would seriously appreciate if anyone explained this, because I cannot make any sense of the 2nd and 3rd payments. What I mean is "Why do we need 2 when we could have had just 1?".

If you sum the daily profit of each route (of a given plane) and multiply per 31 days, you should get the monthly revenue sum displayed in the aircraft summary, but you get 15% less.
Maybe this is something that should be posted in the bug forum too.

Also I noticed other strange things in finance summary:
If you sum the daily profit of each route (of a given plane) and multiply per 31 days, you should get the monthly revenue sum displayed in the aircraft summary, but ju get 15% less.
Maybe this is something that should be posted in the bug forum too.
The thing is that game is based on 24 days per month. That's why you are missing some money.

Ah... ok.
But if you multiply per 24 you get even less....
TLS - BLQ 20x weekly
2.9x daily
3/3 F 14/14 C 152/153 Y
100% 100% 99%
496 miles
72 hours 15 minutes $72,482 Details
BLQ - BRU 42x weekly
6.0x daily
6/6 F 30/30 C 321/321 Y

2/2 F 8/11 C 120/122 Y
100% 73% 98%

So: (72,482+84,688+18,878)*24 = 4,225,152 $
But in aircraft details I have
Monthly Revenue
Ticket Revenue $6,139,131

What does your net profit monthly show? Is it not 4,225,152 $?

No, it's 3,719,957 $
Hmm... Maybe you have some other planes added to one of those routes? If not, then it's either some technicality which we don't know about or a bug.

Here is an example:
757-200
Manual calculation:
ALA - ZRH 3x 125,006x3=375,018
ALA - CDG 5x 133,014x5=665,070
ALA - DEZ 1x 107,114
Sum of weekly flights=375,018+665,070+107,114=1,147,202
Daily income(excluding operating costs)=1,147,202/7=163,886
Monthly income(excluding operating costs)=163,886x24=3,933,264
Maintenance(from aircraft details)=317,768
Depreciation(from aircraft details)=261,667
Net Profit (Monthly)=3,933,264-317,768-261,667=3,353,829
Game calculation:
Net Profit (Monthly)=3,353,829
It comes equal
