I have long thought that contents of "Airline Reports" and "Airline Press Releases" are basically the same, only maybe the press releases go in a more press-like tone. I have also noticed that threre are few people posting in both Airline Reports and Airline Press Releases, most often one chooses one forum or another for distributing news to the world. And I thought it is a bad idea to have two forums handling nearly the same topics; it just makes the forums harder to browse. For instance, if I want to look up the news of some specific airline, I now have to browse through both Airline Reports and Airline Press Releases. So my suggestions is, merge Airline Reports and Airline Press Releases into a board that's called for example Airline News.

(Hmm, this was not well argued, I didn't get much sleep last night, it's probably that, but hope you get the point.. )

well there is a difference between press releases and airline reports. just that some people don't want to use html so they use the reports forums for the press releases

So why couldn't BBCode be enabled in Press Releases then?

i think there is a button you press as an admin to allow it. html is so much better than bbcode. it allows for more custumization; i don't know why people don't want to use it.

Yup. I can agree with that. But back to the topic, now that Reports and Press Releases mainly contain the same content, can't they be merged? Or if Reports was meant for a different purpose, can't this somehow be enforced better, perhaps by changing its name?
