If you mean the number of airlines allowed per world, per player, it's two.
If you mean the maximum number of airlines in a world, I'd assume it would still be 250.

Apparantly there will be worlds with unlimited airlines per playerIf you mean the number of airlines allowed per world, per player, it's two.
If you mean the maximum number of airlines in a world, I'd assume it would still be 250.

There will be one large world with unlimited airlines per player. All others will be 2 per player.
