I reckon that airlines should be able to have a two-digit code like in the real world. Preference given to existing members. If there are too many airlines use 3-digit codes etc. Available codes can be listed and codes claimed on a first-in first-served basis....

I'll reserve CTC for my airline and then when I start to operate in the states I'll also have CTA for my America division
