Airline Liveries by Speed Bird

Righto, here goes the 'all about me' section... god how primary school does that sound!?

So, you want a decent livery doing... well, not being cocky or anything ( :shifty:) , but frankly, I can categorically say that you'll get nothing better here at AE. Now, I'm not saying mine are perfect, as they're not, I mean, look at the flipping pixelation! All I can say about that though is... not my fault! Blame Microsoft for their s***ty program! That said though, if you want a decent livery doing, you'd have to be pretty mad to go anywhere else... or you may actually be sane... or urrrrrmmmm... you know what I mean! :P

I should point out I was once called the 'livery god'... not at all modest, eh!

Now, the boring bits...

- I will ONLY paint aircraft equipped with Rolls Royce, or any other British manufacturer's engines. Should you nag me enough I may be willing to do a Pratt powered aircraft, but I refuse to do the sh*t from GE.
- I DO NOT do edits, alterations, etc. You get what you're given.
- I will ONLY do sensible requests; by this I mean a realistic airline name, so nothing stupid (I will be the judge of that!), with a sensible aircraft choice, etc.
- Urrrrrmmmmmm, what else is there...
- Ah, 'turn-around time'... god why did yuxi use that term.... I'm not a plane! :D Anyway, this depends greatly on what the hell I'm doing, so I can't really give a 'time' as such, though when I do get around to doing it they usually take approx. 2-4 hours to perfect
- 'Preferred Method of Contact'... hmmmm, well, to be honest, I don't have a 'preferred method', so just send me a PM or just post something on the forums... I'm always reading them after all!

Right, I think that's it, so I'll just ruin your day by showing you some horrendous examples of my work ( I am not responsible for any sort of injury caused from viewing innapropriate images on this post... just blame the Canadians :canadian: ) :shifty: .

Another one of my airlines for next round, this is the livery for Vuela;

Posted Image

Vuela was in fact an old member of TUIalliance, if any of you remember it (ah, the good old days of AE!), and I don't believe the guy who ran it is around anymore. Incidentally, it has got to be one of the best airlines I have ever seen on AE; someone who actually ran airlines realistically, and had one of the best logos I've ever seen (though that may have something to do with the fact I just realised he copied Pluna!). Nevertheless, I've wanted to run this airline for quite a while and I'm finally going to get round to doing it!

The 'livery god' has an announcement... and no, it isn't that my head got so big it exploded :P

Any requests I now receive, or if I agree to to do any, and there is a logo provided, or there's some sort of indication as to what you're looking for, etc. Those sort of little bitty things that are attached on the end of requests...

I WILL NOW COMPLETELY IGNORE THEM!!!!

You lot are sooooooo bloody boring! As a result all my liveries are getting too samey if you know what I mean, so from now on, SPEED BIRD IS GOING EXTRAVAGANT!

If you're wondering what on earth I'm on about, just expect the liveries to be a bit mad

Which means, this will be my next project!!!! :D Posted Image

Also, could you tell me where you got the font for the Southwest and Eastern Oriental liveries?
Thanks!

It's a very complex process using a mixture of MS paint and Word.

Anyway, here's another one of my 'extravagant liveries' :P
