The Sovereign Airways Group (plc) is an international airline conglomerate, listed on the London Stock Exchange and headquartered at the Sovereign Building in the City of Westminster, London.
Alongside our airline ventures (listed below), the Sovereign Airways Group includes a number of other companies including:
- Radisson-Sovereign Hotels - A joint venture with the Radisson Hotels Group, and a leading chain of full service four/five star hotels, with more than 200 sites across the world, with the majority in Europe.
- Sovereign Cars - A UK-based chauffeur-driven car service, with experienced uniformed drivers and a dedicated fleet of executive cars, made up of Mercedes E-Class and Jaguar S- and X-Types, based at the hubs of British Sovereign Airways, with the bulk of the fleet at London Heathrow and London City Airports.
- Sovereign Air-Transfers - A UK-based airport transfer bus service operating a small fleet of coaches linking main town centres and railway stations in the UK to British Sovereign hubs. The company also hires minibuses from local firms nationwide to provide door-to-door service, picking up other groups of passengers en route.
- Sovereign Passenger Services - A customer support company arranging airport transfers, executive cars, airport porterage and hotel accommodation through local companies at all Sovereign Airways Group destinations worldwide, where an in-house operation does not exist.
- Sovereign Tours - A UK-based premium travel agent and package holiday provider, specialising in coach tours, cruises and city breaks.

Kenya Airways is a full service airline and the flag carrier of Kenya. Kenya Airways has its roots in the now defunct EastAfrican Airways, which was broken up with the collapse of the East African Union. Kenya Airways is owned by the Sovereign Airways Group (60%), the Kenyan government (20%) and various Kenyan investors (20% in total).

All aircraft within the Sovereign Airways Group (aside from regional jets and turboprops) are fitted with a five star in flight entertainment system, and all flights have at least two classes - Voyager class (Y) and Premium class (C ). On select medium haul and long haul flights, we also offer Prestige class (F).
