I agree with DevSilv7 , but i think that more inmportantly is corecting some data . Also if the Aircraft Broker should be implented then it should also contain 757 and other not build anymore airliners .

To be able to contain 757's for used use we'd need to reset and sell all 1000 but by bit, not to mention the age issue as they were made between 86-2004, one set age would be nice but its hard to decide a good average one. The DC-9 is nice but it would be inaccurate to have say 200 DC-9 left that are still in service, but as NW replaces them how would the game deal with the problem of having say 200 DC-9's in game when less than 100 are really left? (Numbers are not accurate obviously). Would the game take away certain A/C of certain ages? But MD-80's are really needed though, at least 600 could be put into the game.

The Boeing 717 performace and data must be checked since in the real world the 717 is one of the most profitable 100 seater/regional aircraft and in the game is crap!

I think that if the MD80/90 are going to be in the game at a good prize and real performaces and data, Binter will get some of them.

Do u mean the 717 ? The 717 was indeed very good and profitable to operate , Boeing claimed 10% less fuel comsumbtion then the A318 and somehow the B736 . All airlines that operated it were very satisfied with it , but it's main problem was that there was no Family . There was only this 100 seater and no stretch . It didn't have much commonality with the B737NG's . For more Info check my website .

Doug is kind of right. Many important orders were lost to Embraer. Like that huge Star order. You're also right saying the airlines that have them are pleased with them though.

But after all , being no commerical succes doesn't mean being a bad aircraft . I bet that if there was a 717-300 , maybe even a shortend -100 the B717 would have had a much longer life

No doug. What I've said (and what Flyhegs and Syrami764 have said) explains why a lot of airlines are tripping over themselves to adquire them to other airlines. And that is true!

Actually, after Boeing acquired MD, they decided to close the 717 line because it was competing with their newly launched 737-600 even though still demand for the 717.

I think the 717 would have been a perfect replacement for airlines with large DC-9 fleets.

Well the older aircraft can be introduced via the option of instread the 2 Beech or J-31 it could also bee a 10 year old F100 or 15 year old 737-300.

Or just introduce a broker where you can purchase you're old jet.
