Maybe it should be made that when you purchase an aircraft (new) you can choose when you want it to be delivered. For example, the minimum could be one month, the maximum one week. The shorter wait you want, the more you would have to pay.

This is already in planning 
In the future you should be able to bargain with the manufacturer about the delivery date (this will affect the price, yeah ). So ordering aircrafts will get more flexible, you have to plan better when ordering aircrafts.
