someone else did this post this morning and its now closed/resolved but I am having same trouble....I own a terminal in MIA with 10 gates..trying to build 10 more but I get this response...

You must build a minimum of 11 gates.
Warning!
The minimum gates the airport will allow in a new terminal is 5.
The airport board also requires that you move all of your current flights into your new terminal.
This will require a terminal with at least 11 gates.

How many gates would you like to build in your new terminal at Miami?
