Two days ago, I bought 3-4 gates at BDL, I used slots from 1 with the intent of using the rest when I recieved some more planes the next day. But since the site was down all day, I could not log in thus I subsequently lost the gates, which were the last at BDL.

When this happens we all suffer, why not build a terminal - then you will never lose gates.

I feel your pain! Its very frustrating when something like this happens, but its happened to most of us I'm sure. I'd suggest that this is a good opportunity for you to think on your feet and perhaps launch a different route, that you hadn't previously thought of!
Anyway, bad luck, but I'm sure it'll improve for you.
