Now when this happened yesterday, were the planes still on the orderbook? Because today they are not.

Before we get too upset we get to play this game for free and it is a beta version so we are all helping by finding the bugs, so the developers' hard work is appreciated.
Oh and I'm still missing an A333 from Oct and 2 A333s and a B739 from Nov :-(
Cheers for now

yes i too have that same problem plus lost 2 gates because the planes did not arrive that i could put them on the routes i had planned. all my passengers sitting there waiting.. oh what will i be fined for leaving stranded passengers behind..
Atlantic Transport (16733)
lost: 6 - Airbus 321-100 and 4 - Airbus 320-200's ( money gone that could have been used to feed those left behind )
pending: 3 - Airbus 340-600 and 4 - Airbus 319-100's due next month. will they be lost too?

I don't have access to the database, so I can't do anything about this. We'll have to wait for Tobias. If this isn't fixed by tonight, I will pause the time until it is taken care of.

That's interesting. I see from the other posts that people have lost aircraft from almost all the manufactuerers, so I assume it's a global problem. :ssleepy:

Yeah it was a global problem - and the cause is a chain at my side.
Yesterday I mentioned the problem already and corrected the data in the db. I also corrected the wrong code - BUT (and here the chain of problems starts): Yesterday evening I tried to commit this to the repository, but the provider was offline (also another project hosted at the same subversion-provider was not reachable), thereafter I were out.
Ok, I planned to commit the code and deploy the fix to the game server today in the morning, but on friday we had a virus attack within the company on some PCs, on saturday 2 colleagues had written a cleaning program, which we deployed to all computers today. The IT-department [including me] decided to stay offline with the network until all PCs were cleaned and we had done some tests within shortly created, isolated smaller networks without connection to the big world. Due to some problems with switches (not as many as required were available) this took about 12 hours from 7am to 7pm for me [my part was the analysis of the network traffic to see if something was going wrong] - in short: Today I had no time and no network to commit the patch to the code servers and so the same aircraft delivery problem occured again.
I have corrected the database again - and deployed the code patch to the game server, so tomorrow the month-switch should work without problems
Bye,
Tobias

Thanks Tobias. Question for you: Will this fix give us the aircraft that we ordered and never received, or will we get a credit for the aircraft we ordered? Or, no change...? lol
