My list of the world's airports is finally coplete! It currently contains the largest airports in the world, I will be adding to the list in the future however.

Hey, great work mate. Nice to see at least someone taking a positive approach and doing something for the game.

Hopefully Miller sees this when he does get on.

Nice work. I have to ask though, what criteria did you use to decide which airports to include or exclude? I'm only asking because I know there are more airports that offer commercial service, yet are not included.

I used airport.u.nu, currently most of the areas only have the **, ***, or **** airports, but this is because I wanted to compile a basic list first, then add onto it as time goes by .

Rightio, South America is now fully complete... I added all the airports I could find accurate data for them... Hopefully I'll have Europe done in the next few days .

I'm trying to download it now, but it says there's a problem with the server.

I will definitely consider using this file, and am very thankful to FlyWorld Air for putting it together.

Not a thing posted in Sim Announcement for a while

but nice to see Miller is still kicking

but the damage is done the players have vacated since little or no forum messages for a long long time just hope Miller you are able to get them back from the (jumped ship) other sim they are all playing.

I don't agree, I believe AE has and I've always said it contrary to some of your comments on this issue, has the ability to be a highly successful game with some minor changes. Largely the game works well but minor problems such as the gate abuse and a few other areas could make a huge difference.

As for the player base, it will come back.

they well may return, many things must be looked into including a more active management structure

place a STOP to the abuse in gates - multiple accounts and other things it may prove to be a game worthy of playing and even a once a year subscription of a niminal fee via paypal but only if some form of action is taken to resolve issues.

time will tell so we will chack back from time to time

Well seeing that Miller has put a fix in place for Gates that should clear things up a lot. Should be interesting to see how quickly the game builds up.

Sure thing, if you want I can complete the full list of airports, seeing as at the moment I don't have every wold airport listed. Unless you want it to be done as it is, it just seems silly not to have it completed. But it's up to you though.

I was able to download the file today and I'm very impressed! You spent a lot of time on this and it will be great for the game. I try to spend more time on the game play than the details, so this really helps.
