Does AE include the ability to have connecting passangers? For instance I have HPN, BHM and MCO as hubs. Will a "passanger" fly say BUF-HPN-BHM? And if they exist, how can I tell?

If you have a hub, but you should have a high amount of people going through a city to make it, or else you won't be making more money than you would without it. I personally wish that connecting pax would be taken without a hub though. Would make things easier and more real for airlines like mine.
