Edit: I meant good of course, not god.

A short article on how to make a good press release. Maybe you could use some help with that :)

To begin:

- Never use ''I'', ''we'' or ''you'' in a press release(Any article in general. It's a golden rule in journalism.) Use the name of your company instead. There are exceptions, but they are not very important.
- Begin your press release with something like this:

ABC Airlines Opens Routes From DEF to XYZ
HQ CITY, HQ STATE(if applicable), HQ COUNTRY(date within ())--- Today, ABC announced...

- Don't use capitals in the title for words like ''the'', ''and'', ''to'', etc.
- Never use ( ), [ ] or { }, except for the date.
- Normal paragraphing rules apply.
That's it for short. If you'd like any more info how to write a press release, feel free to contact me.

No problem. I'm a professional journalist and I write the home page news at AE.

But, I made a typo in the title of this thread as you possibly know.
