Ahhhh. We have another here in SEA. With all of those planes, he could just build a terminal.

 sure noob .. gimme an example of an FCO hogging route of mine ?? Man I didn't even get the chance to do so , since Yankee scooped up the last bunch of available FCO gates . djees only put a q400 or a saab at max frq between FCO-yyy , all making very good profits . Not like putting 7 beeches 150 times between FCO-zzz cuz THAT is gate hogging :@

I know some people use the London gates like LHR-LGW and that sort of thing.

I was looking through the LHR routes page, and only 1 airline flew from LHR to Gatwick, with a Dornier. I don't know how s/he was making any money, the price was $300....
it's not gate hogging. This implies owning all the gates at an airport, and not doing anything with them. flying from the gates is fine.

Gatehogging is the only way to survive in some cities. I'll admit that I gatehog though I wouldn't be against the idea of limiting frequencies on routes as that would open up gates at LAS, SFO, EWR, as well as my base at SEA so overall, it would probably benefit us all. BTW, check out this route:

Yes, that's 29 Beeches.

Aerospace, you know that the PDX and YVR routes are causing the other airlines to lose lots of money on those routes.

I lose a lot of money on those routes. I lose $56,906 on them combined an hour. Still, I imagine some of the other gate hoggers are losing even more an hour off their high capacity routes.

I admit I have 26 gates at RNO, but all of them are being used as an actualy route, with minimal repeat routes, dont I feel special :shappy:
