I can't find a search button on mobile so hopefully this hasn't been asked before. I'm stuck on 100 leases with a credit rating of BBB. I have 9 mill DOP, if there a way to pay of a bond or increase a credit limit besides waiting 5 years?

You do not need to wait 5 years. A few months of paying off leases and bonds on time will raise your credit rating and, in turn, your lease limit.

However to answer your question: No, you cannot pay bonds off early, nor is there anything you can do (directly) to increase your credit rating.

The best thing you can do to try and improve your credit rating is not to go all out on bonds when you start the airline to give yourself a head start later down the line.
