Hello! I have suggestion of Dry lease and wet lease air plane. For example like JAL & JAC(Japan air commuter), JAC wet lease a plane for JAL, which means JAL will lease the plane also staff to JAC, because wet lease is the guy who lease out the plane charge for running also oil and fixing repair. Dry lease is JAL lease a plane to JAC, and JAC running the all service also staff.
