Hello everyone, what is the best strategy for small routes (less than 500 thousand) and with great competition? Thanks

Lower the price below the competition, but then add more flights since you can overfill demand at the lower price level. Even on a tiny route you can eventually take the price to $1 and overfill so much that the competition won't affect you. Open hubs at both airports if possible.

I did that, airplanes are full, but still with 85.000 déficit per day.

After a fight in prices for a route, eventually the profits will be negative. 

 

You could try.  reseting your prices and assigning a small plane only in a 1/3 of the demand.

 

Try removing 1 plane by 1. until you could catch a profitable price again. But you will not cover all the demand.

 

Works for me in a very disputed route.
