Those are your connecting passengers. You have met the demand for A to B passengers so now there are passengers connecting through your hub, the ticket for those passengers is cheaper.

Connexting PAX require a hub of your airline or your alliance to connect through. if your flight does not fly to a hub, and/or the hub doesnt have any other destinaitons, your PAX can't connect. Connecting pax generate half the ticket revenue of direct pax, but 100% IFS revenue. Connecting pax is most useful when trying to fill flights with lots of competition.
