Maybe adding turnaround times. We can pick how long the turnaround will be. If we put less turnaround time we can maybe have an extra flight but lowers route reputation. If we put higher turnaround time maybe 1 less flight but increased route reputation

You can do that but just leaving time on the aircraft schedule. Don't schedule for 140 hours a week (20 hours/day). Essentially you are adding downtime on the aircraft.

That is a solution but not really an "official" solution. A Ryanair 737 vs Turkish 737 definitely don't have the same turnaround times

It's basically the same thing. If you schedule 19hr/day utilization, you will see a negative impact on your on-time service. But if you schedule less utilization, equivalent to increasing turnaround time, you will see better on-time performance and better route reputation.
