It is 1958, I have 2 more Britannia's on order. When I try to add more I get a delivery date in 1962. Upon investigation I this is because it is queuing behind a batch of CL44s. I know that the Yukon is a version of the Britannia, built under license, but it was on a different production line. However, AE is treating them as substitutes.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Britannia/Yukon = same production line

Yeah, I never order the Britannia after I have Yukons on order before the Yukons enter service for that reason

Kind of late but I've also noticed that with other aircraft like the 727 variants or any family for that matter. In real life it they would be on separate lines but what can you do .
Building on the post above I just would stick to CL-44's over the Britannia anyway when they become available as they are a much better aircraft. Less fuel flow, more pax, and larger range.

Yeah, I just got screwed up, buying a second batch of Britannia right after my first purchase of CL-44 Yukon. (R0 world)
Half my fault I guess, as I trusted the game and did not notice the production was starting 3 years late (currently Jul. 1961, but production start after the last Yukon in 1964)
I had no knowledge the Yukon was based on the Britannia, and I thought it was a bug in the Order New Aircraft page that the Yukon had the Britannia familly name, yet each being separate. It really seems like a bug to me as they should be treated as distinct

Ceased operations
I may, or may not, start fresh another time.
