Hello evryone i wanted ask that my base is in Pakistan and i have a route from Karachi to Dubai for example but i can only fly from Karachi and not from anyother part of the world why ? what should i do to fly from Dubai to other parts of the world.

You can only fly from your home country (Pakistan) unless your country has an agreement allowing these e.g. within European Union or between and within New Zealand and Australia. I think the sort of flights you are referring to are 5th Freedom Flights, these are not supported on Airline Empires. The only way a Pakistani airline could fly from Dubai to a third country would be in a No Political Restrictions World (O1, O2 Worlds).
