I'm looking for an co-owner! (R2)

I am currently running Zeek Air, a fictitious airline in R2 that's based in Florida. It's currently ranked at #70 in valuation, being worth $577,391,791. However, my reputation ranking is at #37 at 69%, of which 4% is accounted by advertising.

However, my school obligations will start this week, and adding Headphones and changing IFE is starting to become a pain. Therefore, I would like someone to help me manage and grow the airline while I am away due to school.

I'm looking for someone who would grow the airline realistically, with actual non-scam IFS and et cetera, and not someone whose only goal is maximum profits and top valuation.
