As the title suggets, what daily usage provides the best On-Time Performance reputation?

On-time performance depends on how much you pay your staff as of I know, other factors may contribute to this aswell.

I stop operating my planes when they have 20 or less hours remaining and the on-time performance is about halfway.

OTP has to do with how much utilization you use. If your aircraft daily utilization is over like 12, you're going to have bad OTP.

I have an On time performance of 98 with airplanes that fly under 10 hours (70+ hours remaining per aircraft) and happy employees (0% attrition rate).

Some other factors might influence that value, too.
