I'll start with Alaska Airlines.
From what I've seen and heard they have decent service, they treat their employees really well and their fleet has mostly 737s and E-jets(and now a320s unfortunately).

Is this taking into account F/C/Y seats/IFS etc?

Economy wise, Aerolineas Argentinas had seat-back screens even on a short haul flight, but the overall service is good but the general airline is slowly failing.

LATAM

LATAM

They are taking out the seatback TV's in their narrowbody aircraft and starting to upfit an online streaming system. The airline is slowly being taken out of the massive debt it held since the "Grupo Marsans" days. Nowadays, with the sudden low cost-ization of LATAM, Aerolíneas Argentinas has a great opportunity to become a better airline than LATAM but the big problem is the highly unionised staff which goes on strike quite often due to the great power that worker unions hold in Argentina. In fact, the purchase of the Embraer fleet, rather than being a necessity, it was more of a political gesture of our former left leaning president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner that she had with the also leftist Lula da Silva, the former president of Brazil

Do you mean an airliner or any plane?

Also mine would have to be Pan Am even though they're no longer in service.
