I was just wondering if AE has a mechanic that makes airports have the same or similar demand when they are close to a city. ex. London's various airports, Orly and Le Bourget airport in Paris, and also Tegel and SXF (name is too difficult to type) in Germany, So can one ryanair the whole of europe?

Not quite because in AE, people fly to airports not cities. By this I mean that it doesn't matter if if two airports are zoned for the same city, the larger airport and therefore the one with more annual pax in real life will draw more passengers than the smaller one on any and every route.
