Skyhicle has entered the aircraft manufacturing business with this regional jet. Based in the state of Pennsylvania, all parts are made in house at the factory.

Caribbean Sun has placed a firm order for 2 of the Islander I500 combi (below) and 3 of the Islander I510 combi (not shown) to start the airline

Nippon Airlines orders 32 RMPA-1 regional jets from the Bosnian and Herzegovinian aircraft company SOKO. The jets are equipped with the Belgian Aerofans engines. These planes will fly on the Japanese domestic network.

Carpax LLC. is a passenger to freight conversion company based in Dortmund. Founded in 2018, the company's name consists of "car," for cargo and "pax," for passenger.

As they started to get retired, the firm partnered with Airbus to buy back examples of the A340 for conversion. The doors and reinforced landing gear were supplied by Airbus. All conversion works were done by Carpax.
