Good:
-Superior fuel flow
-Separate family so you can receive A320 and A320neo simultaneously
BAD:
-Costs like 2x as much

It must boost rating right?
Not really!!!
Good: None
Bad: Its an Airbus and a Monkey like Speedbird can fly it
Trust a Boeing fanboi to say that...
The pros for the Airbus A320neo is:
1. You get a choice of various aircraft sizes for your need and requirments.
2. Lower fuel flow, thus operating costs are reduce and increase profitability on your short haul routes (where these aircraft would mainly fly)
Sure each aircraft to buy is nearly double the standard A320, but you will get that back through less operational costs and increased profits on your routes.
I think its a good choice for anyone´s airline short haul fleet.
